Hoens & Souren Advocaten

Jesse Hartgring

Jesse provides companies with advice as to their contractual rights and obligations, from entering into an agreement to terminating it, and everything in between. It is mainly company law that Jesse applies in his advice to shareholders and directors of companies with respect to their position, role, and responsibilities in 'running' the business. His background in insolvency law is put to good use in that advisory role, allowing entrepreneurs to make conscious and properly informed choices about their business operations.

Jesse graduated in two fields within Dutch law from the University of Utrecht. He then completed postdoctoral courses in Insolvency Law (Radboud University Nijmegen) and Financial Economics for Trustees (Erasmus University Rotterdam). In addition, he has followed and/or given training courses, presentations and knowledge sessions in countries such as Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Hungary, Belgium, Dubai, India, Portugal, Latvia, Romania, and Japan.
