Mirjam is involved in the process of advising clients in the field of commercial contracts, corporate legal issues and anti-money laundering. She also offers support to our curators in the settlement of bankruptcies.
Education
Mirjam received a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and in Dutch Law and a master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Leiden.. She wrote here master thesis on anti-money laundering legislation and joint ventures.
During her third year she spent a semester abroad studying at the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, focussing mainly on European Criminal law and the legal aspects of information technology.
She also partook in several extracurricular activities such as legal internships, legal research and leadership activities.
