Lilian van der Harst
Lilian advises clients on commercial contracts, corporate law issues and is involved in bankruptcy proceedings. She also provides assistance in the international firm Hoens & Souren Advocaten. She is detailed and solution-oriented, and works in an orderly and organized manner.
Education
Lilian has obtained her bachelor degree in Law and her masters in Business law at the University of Leiden. She wrote her bachelor thesis on private international law and cross-border insolvency. Her masters thesis was on government intervention in takeovers and investments in the M&A area. During her study, Lilian also attended courses linked to financial law.
