Mykel specialises in construction and real estate law. His work includes negotiating and drawing up or amending contracts, giving advice about them, and representing clients in the event of conflicts. His clients include contractors, real estate developers, real estate investors as well as entrepreneurs who occasionally come into contact with construction law or tenancy law.
In addition, Mykel is very experienced as a trustee in bankruptcy. With this background, he is also able to provide excellent advice in crisis situations. He has already concluded various (compulsory) agreements with creditors, including the tax authorities, so that the company could be continued in a healthy manner.
He has also represented many parties that have been confronted with the bankruptcy of a purchaser or supplier.
Education
Mykel studied Dutch Law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where, in 2002, he completed his studies in the fields of private law and business law.
To be able to advise his clients even better, he successfully completed a Real Estate Law specialist course in 2010. Via the specialist association, he follows annual refresher and advanced courses.
